Our cups draw inspiration from the legacy of **Jian Zhan**: the original Tenmoku ware once favored by emperors and monks in Song Dynasty China. Known for their deep, unpredictable glazes, these cups were used to judge tea foam and clarity during ancient tea competitions.

Today, we revive this tradition in **Jingdezhen**, the world’s ceramic capital — where every cup is handmade, every glaze shaped by fire and chance.

Much like Raku ware in Japan** or **studio stoneware in the U.S. Zenmoku cups are functional art: never duplicated, always alive.
