4. Product Design & Ceramic Authorship

Each Zenmoku cup is individually handmade by partnered artists working under exclusive commission for the brand. All glaze combinations, textures, and kiln results are considered original works of applied art. Replication or imitation of these ceramic characteristics, even under different product names or regions, will be regarded as design infringement.

5. Reporting Infringement or Misuse
