Each Zenmoku cup is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind. These are not mass-produced items — each piece has been selected and finished with care.

Please email service@zenmoku.art within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Your order number

A brief note

We’ll offer you a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

🌀 On “Imperfect” Pieces

Our Imperfects collection features pieces with minor cosmetic flaws. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.

We ship globally, but please note that return shipping costs (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
